Dog Boarding London
Drop your dog at our shop in W10 and we take them to Humphrey & Bo, our sister dog hotel in the Dorset countryside. Transport runs every Monday and Friday.
Dog Boarding for London Owners
Going away? Drop your dog with us at our shop in West London and we take them to Humphrey & Bo, our sister dog hotel and country club in the Dorset countryside. They stay in the house as one of the family, with long walks, games and other dogs for company.
Everyone who looks after your dog is employed by us rather than subcontracted, all our staff are DBS checked, and there is 24 hour veterinary cover for the whole of the stay. We have been looking after London dogs since 2005.
How Boarding Works for London Owners
You do not need to drive to Dorset. We run transport from our shop at 75 St Helen’s Gardens, W10 6LL, on Mondays and Fridays, and dogs travelling that day need to be with us by 9am.
The shop is a short trip from Notting Hill, Ladbroke Grove, Holland Park, Westbourne Grove and Kensington, so you can drop off on your way out of London. If that doesn’t suit, a taxi service to and from London can be added when you book: tick it on the booking form and we will confirm the details with you.
The cost of transport is on our price list. If you would rather make your own way down, directions are on the Humphrey & Bo website.

A Day at the Dog Hotel
Every dog goes out on three or four off-lead group walks a day, the last one just before bed. In between there are games, the agility course with its tunnels, A-frames, poles and jumps, and plenty of rest, in the house or out in the field.
The times are a guide for fit adult dogs. We change the walks and play to suit puppies and older dogs.
- Up and out for a loo break 06:30
- Breakfast 08:00
- Morning run around the 11 fenced acres 09:30
- Games and a go on the agility course 12:00
- Woodland walk and a paddle on warm days 15:30
- Supper 17:00
- A biscuit and bed 22:00
“My dog has been looked after by Pets in the City since 2007. Sarah and her team have been consistently reliable, Hamish is clearly always happy to see them, and they him.”
— ALEX JOHNSON, W11. OWNER OF HAMISH, BEAGLE.

- Five days and nights over school holiday weekends, Valentine’s weekend and bank holiday weekends
- Three days and nights over term time weekends
- Seven days and nights over Easter
- Around twelve days over Christmas and New Year, from the last Thursday before Christmas Day to the first working day after New Year’s Day
