We had so much fun putting on the dog show at #sthelensfestival last Sunday. Thank you to all the participants, especially the young handlers who were brilliant. Rosettes, pawsecco, cakes and prizes were given out to all the worthy winners. My favorite category was the egg and spoon race as well as the best owner/dog lookalike…..it’s amazing how many people look like their dog! We shall be holding a Dog Show in the church hall at 3pm and the categories are:- Waggiest Tail, Finest Party Trick, Best Junior Handler, Premier Sausage Catcher, Most Obedient Dog, Best Dog/Owner Lookalike and the one and only Egg & Spoon Race (dogs on leads). There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each category. Free entry on the day.
